PINPOINT:
Press “Pinpoint” to activate pinpoint. Precise positioning refers to finding the exact location of a buried object. Metals that have been buried for a long time are often difficult to separate from the soil and require precise positioning. (The PP positioning button does not need to be pressed long, just press once to use.)
DISC:
Use “+” and “-” to increase or decrease DISCRIMINATION level. Each time you press “+”, a target category is rejected from detection. Rejection occurs from left to right. When a category rejection (for example “IRON”) appears from the display, then targets classified in that category will not be detected. Pressing “-” reverses the discrimination process. With each press of “-” , a category rejection will disappear, indicating that targets classified in that category will again be detected.
Search Coil:
Interchangeable waterproof search coil allow you to detect metals at the beach or in shallow water.
Adjustable Stem:

Suggestions before use:
When starting up, the first two useless metals are automatically excluded. Factory default: In addition to iron (IRON) and aluminum foil (FOIL) is excluded, other metal objects are detected. Recognition mode, can exclude up to 5, and is excluded from left to right.
Do not use indoors. Metal detectors will be affected by electromagnetic signals from many household appliances. If you use the detector indoor, you need to first reduce the sensitivity, and the detection disk should be away from household appliances such as computers, televisions, air conditioners ect.. If your detector makes an unusual beep, turn off the appliance. Keep away from objects that contain metal, such as concrete floors and walls.
Please use 1 9-volt alkaline battery (6F22). Expect about 20 to 25 hours of life from a 9-volt alkaline battery. If you want to use a rechargeable battery, we recommend using a nickel-metal hydride rechargeable battery. (because the battery cannot be transported, please buy it locally)
