    Description

    This is a super cool Steampunk skirt! Made of bright royal blue cotton, this mermaid style skirt has 3 rows of ruffles around the bottom. It has a partial elastic waist for comfort, and a slim, straight design.
    The front has 2 sets of loops on each side, that have brass rings attached, and 4 sets of chains that loop along the front and sides.
    The back is decorated with a gold and black trim, 4 sets of rings that connect to the front chains.
