    Pre-WWI US Army COLLAR PIN Stamping Die SC SOUTH CAROLINA NATIONAL GUARD Device
    From the archives of the M. C. Lilley Co and C. E. Ward Co., this listing is for an antique stamping die that was used to make pre-WWI South Carolina National Guard collar insignia.   The listing also includes 2 collar insignia with loop fasteners made from this die (1 nickel-plated & 1 brass). The collar insignia have the M1903-1905 letters which are 9/16” high. The steel die is heavy (almost 4 lb).  The base dimensions are approximately 2 ⅛” x 2 ⅝”, the top dimensions are 1 ⅝” x 2 ⅛”, and it stands 3” high.
