2 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM DLPLAMPS.
This is for an Extended Warranty for your new DLP lamp from nesselectronics/DLPLamps. You are eligible to purchase this warranty if you have purchased one of the following DLP Lamps from nesselectronics: Manufacturer's original lamp and housing, Philips lamp, with or without new housing, Osram lamp with or without new housing, or a Osram Neolux lamp, with or without housing. (Purchase must have been made within the last 30 days.) This extended warranty will cover replacement cost for a new lamp if it fails within 2 years. It offers up to two replacements over the two year period. Lamps that you think have failed within the warranty period will need to be sent to us for testing. Failed lamps will be replaced at no charge to you. (Lamps that have been damaged by set malfunction are not eligible for warranty coverage). You will receive a warranty card to keep with your records. At this time only lamps purchased within the last 30 days (and must have been purchased from nesselectronics) are eligible for this extended warranty. This warranty is available only in the United States of America.

Note: This warranty will cover lamps that fail in normal use by retail customers only. This warranty is not available for retail establishments (ie. bars, restaurants, for store displays, etc.). Lamps that have been damaged by TV malfunctions are not covered. Lamps that fail due to electrical surges, lightning strikes or any other outside cause will not be covered. As they age lamps will decrease in light output and this is not covered under the warranty as that is considered normal wear and tear. All questions relating to a lamps extended warranty coverage will be directed to nesselectronics

Shipping to US 48 states:
We ship the same business day if your order is received by 3:00PM Central Time. The default shipping for most orders is UPS or USPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air order for shipment on a Thursday, you will receive your order the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday). If you place an order with Next Day Air Saver for shipment on a Friday, you will receive your order the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday).  If your eBay address is a PO box, we will ship your order via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Surepost.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
We will ship the same business day if your order is received by 3:00PM Central Time. UPS adds a surcharge to these locations. Refer to the "Shipping and Payments" tab to calculate freight cost to your location.
Shipping to US Virgin Islands and Guam:
We normally do not ship to these locations. Please message us for availability to your location.
Shipping to Canada & International locations:
We ship the same business day if your order is received by 3:00PM Central Time. Default shipping is via eBay Global Shipping. (Canada shipping may have other options). Shipping times may vary. Normally, you will receive your item in 6-10 days. However once in customs, the package may be delayed, and we have no control over items once they reach your customs office.
NOTE: There may be a tax, duty, tariff, or import fee charged on delivery and due to your customs office. This is your responsibility to pay on delivery. Packages shipping on eBay's Global Shipping program are charged these fees upfront.  If you are unsure what the amount of fees or duties will be, please contact your customs office prior to purchase.

All items come with a warranty protecting you from manufacturer's defects. Please contact us for specific warranty information on the product you purchased. If you have a problem with your item, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. You are responsible for the return freight cost. New returns must be in good salable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
