Rice cooked with BALMUDA The Gohan was prepared for the best meal. The outside is tight, the inside is characterized by soft granulation. The goodness of granulation and relaxation, the fragrance to escape, the taste with transparency complements the side dishes' taste. Mixing with other ingredients is outstanding because it is loose.
Steam cook up technology

In order to draw out these, we reconsidered how to use energy, and the structure of the rice cooker itself, adopted a method to double the pot, and to create a cavity therebetween. By putting water in it and heating it, the invisible steam kettle appeared only during cooking. While rice grains are not moved, while confining the taste inside, cook rice with halibuts.
The heat insulation of steam is several times to several tens of times even compared with thick metal kettle. Enclosing the inner pot as a whole, it does not damage the surface of the rice by natural heating not exceeding 100 ℃, and confines the scent and the umami inside the rice grain. How to use
(1) Recommended method of measuring, how to sharpen · Weigh rice using the attached rice measuring cup. One full paddle (150 g), 0.5 line (75 g) with the middle line. Grinding firmly with fingers and chopsticks.
· Rinse quickly with a lot of water at the beginning, wash off dirt and rice bran (about 10 seconds). Wash gently so that the rice will not be chipped or broken (roughly 1 minute is a rough guide). Rinse again with a little more water a couple of times (about once every 10 seconds).
* Because there may be variations in volume depending on rice varieties, please use the kitchen scale when measuring more accurately.
※ Because of the development of rice milling technology, there is no need to put too much effort. Let's sharpen gently so as not to break rice grains.
※ To prevent scratching of the kettle, please use monkey or rice wash bowl etc.
(2) Shake the rice and water to the inner kettle. Pour the rice into the inner pot, and add water according to the scale of the inner pot.
(3) Set the outer pot to put water into the outer pot, set the water measuring cup 1 cup (200 ml) water.
※ Please be sure to have 200ml of water in the outer kettle in any way you cook. It is unnecessary to adjust the amount of water.
※ Because cooking can not be done in the outer hook, please only add water.
(4) Set the outer hook / basket inside the main body Set the inner pot, which contains rice and water, in the main unit.
* Please wipe off water droplets and rice grains etc inside the outer hook and the main body before setting on the main unit.
※ If you increase the amount of water in the inner pot, it will be finished so as to be soft and soft.
※ Because water absorption is done automatically, please cook immediately after rinsing.

Return Policy

How warranty works?
If you have any warranty problems, we will assist you.
Generally, the warranty is a one year standard warranty and it is valid in Japan only.
Item repairs are carried out by the manufacturers here in Japan.
If your item has a problem, you have to ship your item together with the warranty card back to us.
The item must be sent back via EMS(USPS) or any carrier that provides tracking number.
The manufacturer will decide if the problem is covered by the warranty.
If the problem is not covered by the warranty, extra repairing fee will be charged.
The shipping cost and extra repair fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty cases usually take around 14 business days to be processed in Japan. If it is going to take longer we will contact you.
Warranty scope
Only items that have manufacture defects may be covered by the warranty.
Items that have been damaged from actions such as drops, self repair, non maintenance damage, water damage, damage caused by misuse are out of free repair scope.

1)    Can you lower the value in the invoice or mark it as a gift?
We cannot undervalue the products or mark them as gift/used item, as it is prohibited by the law. Please understand.

It means Japan domestic market model.
3)    Can you send me an English manual?
English manual can be found and downloaded online.

5)    Is the item genuine and brand new?

7)    What about import taxes in my country?

8)    Can you ship via standard registered mail/DHL/etc?
