    The All new Arc Union Mig 254I is a industrial designed 250 Amp Multi process Mig and Stick welder! The Mig 254 I is easy to move around with it being on wheels and also its dual cylinder rack making it able to hold 2 cylinders to weld aluminum or mild steel.
    MIG Welds material from 22 gauge to 1/2" in a single pass, with one of the highest output ratings in its class.  The Large Front Control panel displays your voltage, amperage and wire speed. The angled metal drive system with a no-tool, quick change reversible drive rolls and easy to set scaled tension knob, uses 8" or 12" spools. The upgraded M25 250 amp 15' Mig gun uses industry style consumables.
    Stick Welds electrodes ranging  from 3/32" to 3/16" in size. Incredible E6010 and E7018 Performance that enables both whip and drag techniques for a variety of construction and fabrication applications. ARC FORCE technology allows you to control the arc characteristics for specific applications and electrodes. Lower the setting for smooth running electrodes like 7018 and increase the DIG setting for stiffer more penetrating electrodes like 6010
