    Exquisitely hand chased on all exterior surfaces, this solid cigarette case hails from early 1900s Persia, modern day Iran. Both panels are engraved with a scene of heron like birds in tall foliage with flowers and songbirds overhead.  All chasing is obviously hand done. Hallmarked. Tasted - high grade solid silver. The case opens and closes snugly.
    MEAZUREMENTS : It measures  4 1/4 inches ( 11 cm ) length and 3 inches
    ( 8 cm ) wide
