Excellent, like new, mint condition. A beautiful item, with beautiful, vibrant colors, on crisp paper. Brochure is 5.75 inches X 9.0 inches, eight pages total, front and back. Clean, crisp paper with beautiful colors. Small tear on cover and was folded in half at some point. A very rare and unique item, a must have for the serious collector.
