    1916-1917 WWI 317th FIELD ARTILLERY REGIMENT COLLAR DISC Stamping Die & 317 Master Hob MC LILLEY
    From the archives of the MC Lilley, this listing is for an antique stamping die that was used to make a collar disc for the 317th Field Artillery Regiment and the master hob for the 317.  The Serial Number (#3042) dates to the 1916-1917 period.  The steel die is heavy (13 oz).    The base diameter is 2”, it tapers slightly to 1 ⅞” diameter at the top, and it stands ⅞” high.  The hob has dimensions 7/16" x 3/4" x 15/16" high.  The condition of each is Excellent with great pattern details, a dent on the S/N, and it is signed by the engraver at the bottom.  Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other listings.  Free Priority Mail shipping is included for USA buyers.
